How long does the admissions process take?
We can typically complete the admissions process within 24–48 hours. In urgent situations, we can expedite admission and get your teen the help they need within hours.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealth, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Tricare, and Medicaid. Our admissions team will verify your benefits free of charge.

What if we don’t have insurance?
We offer various payment options and financial assistance programs. Our team will work with you to find a solution that makes treatment accessible for your family.

Treatment Programs

What types of programs do you offer?
We offer residential/inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and specialized care for various mental health conditions affecting teenage males.

How long does treatment typically last?


Treatment length varies based on individual needs. Residential programs typically last 30–90 days, PHP runs 2–6 weeks, and IOP lasts 6–12 weeks. Our clinical team will work with you to determine the appropriate length of stay.

Can my teen continue schooling during treatment?
Yes. We provide academic support and tutoring to ensure your teen stays on track with their education. We work closely with your teen’s school to coordinate coursework and credits.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?
We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, and more. Treatment is personalized to each teen’s unique needs.
